Custom Pet Portraits

PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING

By purchasing a custom portrait slot, you agree to the following terms:  

• All artwork will be drawn and shipped by the beginning of December.
  
• You must provide a high-quality reference photo and communicate any specific details via email. 

IMPORTANT:After purchasing, you must email your reference photo to okk8yart@gmail.com within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in your order being canceled. No Instagram DMs! Emails only, please.

STEPS TO PLACE YOUR ORDER:

1. Select your custom options: Select your size and preferred paper color.  Once the purchase is made, these options cannot be changed, and refunds will not be issued for changed preferences.
  
2. Complete checkout: Shipping costs are based on your location. Please note that orders will not ship until late November/ early December.

3. Receive confirmation: After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Make a note of this number and the last name you used when placing the order.

4. Submit your reference photo:  

• Email your reference photo to okk8yart@gmail.com  
• Use the subject line: "Last Name, Order #XXXX" (e.g., "Jones, Order #1317").

REFERENCE PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

• Animals only---no people, please! (Even if they're sitting on a horse!) These slots are for close-up pet portraits.  
• The higher the photo quality, the better the drawing will be. Avoid blurry or poorly lit photos, as they will reduce the amount of detail I can include. 

• I reserve the right to decline a drawing if the provided images do not meet the necessary quality for proper reference material

Photo Selection Tips:

• Choose one photo that best represents your pet. Most people prefer a 3/4 view or side profile.  
• If you'd like small adjustments or combinations of photos, feel free to include instructions. For example: "Use photo A as the main reference, but position the ears like in photo B."
